System issues during the Monster Monday flash sale resulted in some orders being submitted multiple times.
We are currently scanning all orders to identify exact duplicates and will immediately cancel these orders and void the charges. If this affects you, please know that you do not need to contact Consultant Support or perform any additional action on your part.
In the case of highly similar orders that are not exact duplicates, we are processing the larger of your similar orders and voiding the payment of the smaller order(s). We will email all those with highly similar orders to let you know which order was processed and which order(s) was cancelled. If you want to keep any of these cancelled orders, please contact your consultant — in most cases, we will be able to rebuild your order completely.
